RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE WITH A CREDIT CARD.
CANCELLATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED AT LEAST 72 HOURS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF ARRIVAL. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE BY PHONE TO A MEMBER OF STAFF AT THE LODGE (NO EMAIL OR VOICE MAIL MESSAGES ACCEPTED). THERE IS A $25 FEE FOR CANCELLATIONS. IF NOTICE OF CANCELLATION IS RECEIVED LESS THAN 72 HOURS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR ONE NIGHT’S STAY. IF YOU CANCEL THE SAME DAY AS YOUR SCHEDULED ARRIVAL, OR YOU DO NOT CALL, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE ENTIRE STAY.
CHECK IN 3 P.M. CHECK OUT 10 A.M. (ROOMS) 10.30 A.M. (SUITES)
PET POLICY: WE ACCEPT PETS IN SOME MOTEL ROOMS AND SUITES. YOU MUST LET US KNOW WHEN MAKING A RESERVATION THAT YOU INTEND TO BRING YOUR PET WITH YOU. THE ONLY CHARGE IS AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE OF $20 FOR THE ROOMS AND $40 FOR THE SUITES NO MATTER HOW LONG YOUR STAY.
